Hello Parents,

Summer Camp registration will open Monday, March 30 at 8:00 AM and will be available online. If you don’t have access to a computer, you may use one in our main office. Limited space available and forms must be completed online under your own account.

Camp Fees

  • Registration Fee: $15 (non-refundable)
  • Weekly Camp Rate: $150 per week

At the time of registration, parents will be required to pay:

  • The $15 registration fee, and
  • A $25 non-refundable deposit per week for each week your child is registered to attend.

Please make every effort to finalize your summer childcare needs prior to registration to avoid unnecessary fees. Both the registration fee and weekly deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.

The remaining $125 weekly balance (after the deposit) is due one week prior to the start of each camp week.

Field trips will be paid for separately.

Camp Details

  • Dates: May 26 – July 24
  • Days & Times: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–6:00 PM
  • Closed Dates:
    • Monday, May 25 (Memorial Day)
    • Friday, June 19 (Juneteenth)

Camp space is limited and fills quickly, so early registration is strongly encouraged.

Summer Camp is open to the public and available for children Pre-K through 5th grade.
Grade placement is based on the grade your child has COMPLETED as of May 2026.

Registration Example

If your child is attending three weeks, the following will be due at the time of registration:

  • Summer Camp Registration Fee: $15
  • Week 1 Deposit: $25
  • Week 2 Deposit: $25
  • Week 3 Deposit: $25

New Change Coming!

Bulloch County has partnered with Jarvis Recreation Management Software for online registration.

  • If you have purchased a 2026 Splash in the Boro season pass, a login account has already been created for you.
  • If not, you will be prompted to create a new account during registration.

We will be sharing additional information and account setup links closer to March 30. We have found this system to be more user-friendly than our previous platform and hope you find it to be a positive experience as well.

We appreciate your patience as our staff works to ensure everything is fully set up and tested—technology (and people!) are never perfect, but we are excited for this transition.
