Facility Rental Information
The BCRP offers several facilities for rent that are perfect for parties, family reunions and corporate luncheons. Please see below for facilities and pricing of each.
We also offer Field, Pavilion and Tent Rentals. To reserve any of these facilities, you must visit the Honey Bowen Building at 1 Max Lockwood Drive, Statesboro.
All Rental Fees are due before the facility can be reserved.
*Please note, Holiday rental rates are the same as Friday-Sunday rates if Holiday falls during the week.

JONES-LOVE CULTURAL CENTER AT LUETTA MOORE PARK
Rental Amenities:
• The Cultural Center has a tile floor.
• 17 rectangular lightweight aluminum 72” x 30” tables for seating up to 6 adults per table. (Possibly 8 adults if 2 chairs were added to the ends of each table).
• 120 stackable chairs.
• Adjacent kitchen which includes an ice machine, stove, oven, microwave, 1 hand washing sink, 2 dish washing sinks and a refrigerator.
• Men’s and women’s restrooms are located just down the hall.
• Available Mon-Sun 8am-10pm
* Rental time must include setup and clean up time.

Parking:
Please park along the southside of the building (softball field side) and the back of the building (tennis courts side).

Memorial, Jaycee, Brooklet #1,Brooklet #2, and Zadie Douglas rent for $30 an hour with lights and $25 without lights.
Pee Wee Field at Memorial Park (Fair Road) rents for $25 an hour.
Mill Creek Regional Park, Stilson Park, Nevils Park, and Portal Park all baseball/softball fields rent for $30 an hour with lights and $25 an hour without lights.
Mill Creek Soccer Fields rent for $25 an hour without lights and $30 an hour with lights.
All reservations are to be made through the main office in the Honey Bowen building at Fair Road Park.

The BCRP has four (4) 16X16 tents available to the public for rent. The rental fee is $200 per tent/per rental ($35 each additional day).The fee payment is required with the reservation.
The BCRP staff will set up and take down your tent(s).
To reserve tents, please call 764-5637.
Reservations must be made at least 7 days in advance.
